About the Job
Key Responsibilities /Accountabilities:
  • Assist the Asset Recovery & Disposal Team in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Support the team in following up on customer requests and service-related issues.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the system accurately.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to customer service activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Customer Support team.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communication, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
