Key Responsibilities /Accountabilities:
- Assist the Asset Recovery & Disposal Team in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Support the team in following up on customer requests and service-related issues.
- Update and maintain customer information in the system accurately.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to customer service activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the Customer Support team.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communication, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
