Key Responsibilities /Accountabilities:

Assist the Asset Recovery & Disposal Team in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Support the team in following up on customer requests and service-related issues.
Update and maintain customer information in the system accurately.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to customer service activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Provide general administrative support to the Customer Support team.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communication, or a related field.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
